Individual Therapy begins with a clinical assessment that typically lasts 60-90 minutes long. Depending on the needs of the client; weekly or bi-weekly therapy may be appropriate. Individual therapy is available for Children and Adolescents ages 6-17, and for adults 18 and older. Virtual and In-person appointments available (based on clinician's availability).

For many people our interpersonal (family or intimate) relationships are usually the foundation of who we are as individuals. Oftentimes when there is an obstacle in one's life; it's sometimes conquered as a team. Couples or Family Therapy can last 60-90 minutes depending on the issues being addressed. Virtual and In-person appointments available (based on clinician's availability).

Knowing that we are not the only person experiencing an obstacle is often helpful. Group Therapy is designed to address the needs of individuals while building a support network of individuals facing similar life situations. Groups coming soon.
